Self-managed or Plan-managed NDIS participants can order NDIS consumables through our website simply following these steps:

1. Create an online account under the participant's plan manager name (if applicable) or participant's full name, including email, phone number and address.
2. Provide participant's full name and refrence number in the "Company Name" field.
3. Provide participant's delivery address and delivery instructions (if applicable).
4. Search your items and add them to your cart.
5. When ready to finalise your order, checkout selecting bank deposit as your payment method. We will send your invoice directly to your plan manager (if applicable) with a copy to you.

If you don't want to place your NDIS consumables order through our website, simply email us your order to sales@splitboxes.com.au, providing the following NDIS details: participant's plan manager name (if applicable), participant's full name, participant's reference number, phone mumber, participant's delivery address and delivery instructions (if applicable). We will send your invoice directly to your plan manager with a copy to you.

Your order will be dispatched once payment is received.
