How to Return Item(s)
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Click on "Orders" under the "My Account" menu.
- Find and select the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
- Click the "Return Item(s)" button to start the return process.
Please DO NOT return your item(s) before your request is accepted. We'll notify you the status of your request. We will also notify you via email of your refund or credit note once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note that we only accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery
